Coalition For Patient Rights (CPR) is a National 501(c)(4) Social Welfare Organization focused on empowering patients and expanding patient rights. CPR is always expanding into new states as there is never a shortage of patients who are being marginalized by their local healthcare and mental health systems, nor is there a shortage of issues that need correcting on an administrative level to lower costs and improve access.
To amalgamate progressively innovative, and other like-minded individuals, CPR has streamlined the CPR Chapter Formation Process into the form below. CPR has regular board meetings and will vote on the inclusion of additional chapters once those chapters have demonstrated an understanding of their core responsibilities, have submitted a list of no less than five (5) qualifying board (chapter committee) members, and five (5) volunteers not connected to the board or the board committee.
CPR chapters must demonstrate a commitment to operate in tandem with the National organization to facilitate positive measurable change for all community members and their associated stakeholders as the change starts right here at home. To be considered, please fill out the following form fields and someone will get back to you within a few days.
CPR is currently staffed by volunteers and 100% of the proceeds go to the incubation and implementation of social welfare programs in the community.
