1. Introduction
Welcome to Coalition for Patient Rights, an online learning platform that provides a diverse range of courses and educational resources. By using our services, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, which outline your rights and responsibilities as a user of the platform. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using our platform.

2. Account Registration
To access and use our platform, you must create an account with a valid email address and a unique password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for any activities that occur under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

3. Content and Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, including but not limited to course materials, text, graphics, images, logos, and software, is the property of Coalition for Patient Rights or its content creators, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without the express written permission of Coalition for Patient Rights or the respective content creators.

4. User Conduct
By using our platform, you agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the proper functioning of the platform or violates the rights of other users, including but not limited to:

a. Sharing or soliciting personal information of others;
b. Spamming, harassing, or threatening other users;
c. Using the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
d. Accessing or attempting to access another user’s account without permission.

5. Violation of these rules may result in termination of your account, at our sole discretion.

6. Payments and Refunds
To access certain courses or materials on the platform, you may be required to pay a fee. All payments must be made through our secure payment system. Fees are non-refundable, except as provided in our Chargeback Policy, described below.

7. Chargeback Policy
In the event of a dispute over a payment, you may be eligible for a chargeback, subject to the following conditions:

a. You must submit a written request for a chargeback within 30 days of the disputed transaction, providing a detailed explanation of the reason for the dispute.

b. Chargebacks will be considered only for legitimate reasons, such as unauthorized transactions, duplicate charges, or non-delivery of the purchased product or service.

c. If your chargeback request is approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days.

d. If your chargeback request is denied, you may appeal the decision by providing additional documentation or evidence to support your claim. Appeals must be submitted within 14 days of the denial.

e. Coalition for Patient Rights reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of excessive chargeback requests or fraudulent activity.

8. Termination
Coalition for Patient Rights reserves the right to terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions or if we believe, in our sole discretion, that your use of the platform is harmful to the platform or other users.

9. Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of United States of America. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in United States of America for any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the platform.
